“Tradie Rescue took over doing my books and processing my BAS a few years ago now. My bookkeeper at the time was slowing down his business, so I needed a new bookkeeper.
One of my business partners had a word of mouth referral to talk to the ladies at Tradie Rescue. They came out to see me free of charge and we worked a process out for Tradie Rescue to take over what Geoff had been doing.
Within a few days, Tradie Rescue had found many errors in my books which cost me tens of thousands of dollars over many years in relation to subcontractor reporting to Workcover and the ATO. There were also a number of other areas that just hadn’t been done properly, and had actually been hidden to cover up the fact the job hadn’t been done.
The ladies at Tradie Rescue got my Workcover and ATO issues sorted for me almost straight away. They also did a full audit on two years of my books, and managed to get me quite a bit of money back on GST I hadn’t claimed, and a huge reduction in my workcover levies.
This was all done with no pain for me and just handled. To this day, the ladies at Tradie Rescue pretty much handle everything for us. Right down to making sure we received all our grants and jobkeeper funds through the federal and state Governments. I can now concentrate on what I do best, and not worry about compliance and GST issues. Life’s just easier now.
